Apple Watch turns out to be remarkably good as an early pregnancy detector, while rumors keep mounting up about what colors the new iPhone 17 range will come in — and "Severance" has led Apple TV+ to a record number of award nominations.
If you thought that every possible color of the forthcoming iPhone 17 range had been leaked, discussed, disputed, and leaked again — you're right. But the very latest is a claim that certain models won't get just one color each, but instead an iridescent coating that changes color.
Possibly more accurately, Apple insists that the potential US ban on iPhone displays made by China's BOE will not affect it. Plus Apple is reportedly working to make the screens it uses be more scratch-resistant — which might not be entirely the good news that it sounds.
And definitely far more accurately than you'd have guessed, researchers have found that the Apple Watch is remarkable at detecting even the very earliest signs of pregnancy.
Also this week, Apple TV+ hit "Severance" dominated at the Emmy nominations. Of course, nominations don't equal awards, but for now Apple is rightly boasting about its record haul of nods for all its major series.
