Four new games are heading to Apple Arcade in August, including a new tower-defense title, a turn-based strategy title, an open-ended creativity game for kids, and a new take on a classic Japanese board game.
Just as it did in July, Apple has announced that it will be bringing a few new games to its pay-once, play-all-you-want service. This time, the four games are set to go live on August 7.
Play-Doh World
Play-Doh World is a colorful, ad-free digital playground where kids can create characters, explore interactive zones, and engage in open-ended play.
Featuring regular content updates and a variety of creative activities, the app brings classic Play-Doh fun to the screen in a safe, imagination-driven environment.
Worms Across Worlds
A strategic turn-based action game, Worms Across Worlds pits players against Professor Worminkle and his dastardly experiments in five distinct dimensions.
Building on the classic series, the game features solo missions and chaotic four-team multiplayer battles across a variety of surreal worlds.
Let's Go Mightycat!
A cosmic twist on the popular Battle Cats franchise, Let's Go Mightycat! follows an ordinary cat-turned-intergalactic-conqueror on a quest to unite the universe.
With customizable outfits, puzzle-packed levels, and quirky allies to rescue, players tap their way through colorful planets in pursuit of feline domination.
Everybody Shogi
Everybody Shogi blends vibrant visuals with accessible design, offering a modern, fast-paced twist on the classic Japanese board game.
With daily challenges, customizable decks, and real-time cross-platform matches, it's a welcoming entry point for newcomers and a fresh take for seasoned players alike.
Apple Arcade is and is included in the Apple One Individual, Family, and Premier bundles. Arcade Originals can be played across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro, while App Store Greats can be played on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro.
